Edgewater 17 Rentals
SEAS has a fleet of 17 foot center console outboard powerboats available to rent by the hour. These boats make for a great outing with the family or bring a pole and do a little fishing. These small boats are great for Lake Michigan and get you on the water for a fraction of the price of owning!
Rental Fee
Edgewater 17 rentals are $150 per hour. SEAS members receive a 10% discount on powerboat rentals.
Rental Hours
SEAS rentals open on June 1st of each year and fall closure is subject to seasonal weather conditions.

All powerboat rentals require a minimum of 2 hour advanced booking.
Requirements
All Federal and state boating regulations must be followed. For the Wisconsin Regulations click here.
A NASBLA approved boating safety card is required for any operator born January 1, 1989 or after.
A valid ID is required for our records as well as a credit card for a $500 damage deposit.
Lifejackets must be worn at all times while on the boat. Lifejackets are available for use as part of the rental fee.
No alcohol or drugs are allowed on SEAS rental or Community Boating boats.
6 passenger or 805lb maximum capacity.
SEAS membership is not required for powerboat rentals.
Powerboat Rental Check Out Procedure
The powerboat rentals have no on the water skill checkout requirement. All state and federal boating laws must be followed and it is the responsibility of the renter to familiarize themselves with those rules prior to their rental. A staff member will go over the safety equipment on board and a short orientation of the boat itself prior to departure. Basic boat handling skills are expected.
